Personal Care Assistant

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is a Great Place to Work Certified Organization that provides compassionate care to seniors in Westmoreland County. We offer a full continuum of services, including Retirement Living, Personal Care, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, and Home Health.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Redstone @ Home. In this role, you will provide essential care to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as:

• Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and toileting assistance.

• Mobility: Assisting with transfers, walking, and positioning.

• Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.

• Light Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands.

• Medication Reminders: Assisting with medication reminders and administration (as directed).

• Companionship: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
