Senior Human Resources Generalist

MissionHires is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead end-to-end HR initiatives from our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll drive employee relations, performance management, compliance, policy design, and leadership advising while championing learning and development to enhance morale, retention, and organizational impact.

• Own employee relations, ensuring timely, fair, and consistent resolution of workplace matters
• Lead and optimize performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching
• Advise managers and leaders on complex HR issues and strategic people decisions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and ethical practices
• Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that improve morale and retention
• Lead training, workshops, and professional development initiatives
• Drive strategic HR projects that support organizational growth and effectiveness
• Analyze HR trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance culture, engagement, and employee experience
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and uphold confidentiality and integrity

• 10+ years of hands-on, progressive HR experience across core HR disciplines
• Proven success managing employee relations and performance management at scale
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance best practices
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence leaders on complex HR matters
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and lead projects end-to-end
• Experience designing and delivering training and development programs
• Strong ethical judgment, discretion, and commitment to fair, equitable practices
• Onsite presence required in Fort Lauderdale; remote work is not available
