Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage multiple client projects, training and supporting clients in our structural engineering software. Responsibilities include guiding initial projects, coordinating with key stakeholders, troubleshooting, and ensuring project quality and timely delivery. Proficiency in Tekla 3D software and experience in steel detailing are essential.

• Manage Projects: Oversee daily management of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• Client Training: Train clients on software usage, often guiding their first projects for a smooth start.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Engineers, detailers, fabricators, and contractors to support project needs.

• Software Expertise: Use Tekla 3D software and steel detailing skills to guide and troubleshoot client projects.

• Documentation: Track and maintain detailed project records for effective information management.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet company standards and client satisfaction.

• 5+ years of project management experience

• 10+ years experience in steel detailing

• 10+ years experience using Tekla 3D software

• Must be proficient in information management and disciplined in tracking and recording.

• Must be able to work with Engineers of Record, steel detailers, fabricators, and general contractors.

• Knowledge of connection engineering, or engineering in general is a plus.
