We’re supporting a confidential search for an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of a highly regarded luxury lifestyle hospitality property where the restaurant is a core part of the guest experience and brand identity.
This is a rare opportunity for a chef-driven leader to shape a food and beverage program where exceptional cuisine, design, service, atmosphere, and community engagement intentionally intersect. The kitchen operates with a high level of autonomy, balanced by close collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders who genuinely value the chef’s voice and creative direction.
The ideal candidate is both operationally disciplined and creatively driven — someone who can inspire teams, elevate standards, mentor future talent, and create experiences that resonate far beyond the dining room. A chef with Michelin and/or James Beard aspirations would be especially compelling.
