Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced developer with an entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated and agile, with an exceptional ability for problem comprehension, and habituated to create fast prototypes in a dynamic environment. We need a brilliant mind, with advanced reasoning and logic skills, that at the same time walks on the earth and keeps simplicity as the main premise. This person will be key to building the most disruptive and groundbreaking solutions for the drayage and transportation tech space. We require this person to be very hands-on and leverage their experience and the latest tech tools to accomplish the challenges we have ahead.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for the drayage and transportation industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Create fast prototypes to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience with API and EDI integrations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.
