You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining robust SQL Server solutions that power ERP, TMS, and WMS systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL development, scripting, and data modeling skills — as well as a good understanding of logistics workflows and system performance.

02
How You'll Contribute
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using T-SQL in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

  • Build and maintain ETL processes to manage data between ERP, TMS, WMS, and financial systems.

  • Create automated scripts and jobs using Python, PowerShell, or other scripting tools to support system maintenance and data integration.

  • Develop and support SSRS reports and custom reporting solutions.

  • Apply strong programming logic and data modeling skills to ensure scalable and maintainable database solutions.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues, tune queries, and maintain high standards of data quality and availability.

  • Understand and document database schema structures, workflows, and data processes.

  • Work with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into efficient data queries.

  • Assist with system integrations (APIs, flat files) and data migrations.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure secure and efficient data systems.

03
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Completed

  • 3–6 years of experience as a SQL Developer or Database Engineer.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and SSMS.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or VBScript.

  • Strong understanding of database schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.

  • Familiarity with SSRS and other reporting tools.

  • Experience with ETL tools or custom data transformation processes.

  • Preferred: Experience with Koerber or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Preferred: Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
