Site Manager (Industrial)

MissionHires is seeking a Site Manager (Industrial) to lead end-to-end site operations in a heavy industrial environment. This leader will drive safety, quality, production, cost control, and workforce development while fostering a continuous improvement culture. The role owns daily execution, compliance, employee and labor relations, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to achieve operational excellence.

• Lead overall site operations with a focus on safety, quality, production, and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company standards on safety, quality, waste reduction, cost reduction, and delivery performance
• Manage staffing plans and oversee workforce productivity across multiple shifts
• Support and execute capital improvement projects aligned with operational and financial goals
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Develop, coach, and mentor direct reports through performance management, goal setting, and succession planning
• Prepare and manage site budgets, including cost tracking, overtime management, and capital expenditures
• Coordinate daily execution among Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Contractors
• Promote a strong safety culture through field engagement, incident investigations, and continuous improvement
• Partner with regional leadership to align site operations with broader business objectives
• Manage employee relations matters including staffing, performance, productivity, and workplace concerns
• Provide visible field leadership and ensure proper PPE usage within active industrial operations

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or construction environments
• Proven supervisory or site leadership experience
• Experience in steel, metals, heavy industrial, or similar operations preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage operational performance and productivity
• Project management and strong organizational skills
• Technical understanding of industrial operations and continuous improvement practices
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced heavy industrial setting
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfort working in both office and heavy industrial field environments with strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements
