Work from home Benefits Advisor - USA

We’re seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about helping others and ready to take control of their careers. In this full-time remote role, you’ll provide families and individuals with personalized advice and protection solutions — all while working flexible hours from the comfort of your home.

• Contact pre-qualified leads to schedule Zoom meetings with potential clients.

• Conduct virtual presentations to explain benefit programs and guide clients through enrollment.
  Build and maintain trusting relationships with new and existing clients.
  Work closely with your manager to set performance goals and consistently meet or exceed them.

• Manage your schedule independently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Coachable and growth-minded individuals eager to learn new skills.

• A genuine passion for helping people and making a difference.

• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a life and health insurance license — support provided if you don’t yet have one.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Background in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.

• Basic computer literacy and a reliable laptop or desktop computer (Chromebooks/tablets not compatible).

• Must reside in the U.S. and be fluent in English.
