Healthcare Sales Specialist

MissionHires, on behalf of Bryant Staffing Solutions and a mission-driven healthcare organization, is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive community-based enrollment for a comprehensive senior care program in Modesto, CA. This relationship-centered role focuses on outreach, education, and partnership building with community organizations to connect vulnerable older adults with coordinated healthcare services that help them remain safely at home. Ideal candidates bring healthcare or senior care exposure, outside sales or marketing experience, strong presentation skills, and comfort using CRM tools to track performance.

• Develop and execute monthly outreach and marketing plans to meet enrollment goals
• Build and maintain partnerships with senior centers, assisted living communities, churches, food banks, and local organizations
• Generate qualified referrals through community engagement and education
• Present program benefits to prospective participants, families, and referral sources
• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities
• Track outreach activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Travel locally for community outreach within Modesto and surrounding areas

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1+ year of sales or marketing experience
• Healthcare or senior care experience strongly preferred
• Outside sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
• Ability to complete required state marketing representative certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated community relationship development and lead generation experience
• Willingness and ability to travel locally for outreach
• Comfort operating in a relationship-centered, non–high-pressure sales environment
