Cloud Security Consultant (Prisma/Cortex Cloud Engineer) - USA

The Cloud Security Consultant role performs Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and Cortex Cloud installation, configuration, customization, automation, and integration for our clients.

Executing client engagements that exceed expectations based on a strong understanding of the client’s business and their unique needs by:

• Leading the requirements gathering process

• Developing and implementing security software solutions

• Installing and configuring security solutions

• Building custom reports, dashboards, alerts, and scans

• Analyzing scan results and assessing risk

• Conducting security assessments and audits

• Supporting upgrades and migrations

• Serving as technical architect on support or CRM projects

• Training client staff on product usage

• Improving internal delivery methods and tools

• Maintaining strong client relationships

• Experience in a CNAPP (Prisma/Cortex Cloud, Wiz, Orca, Crowdstrike, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years in IT, security, risk, or professional services

• Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP

• Strong experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Shift Left, etc.

• Solid understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle

• Coding in Python or similar

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken)

• Knowledge of ISO/NIST/CIS/PCI security frameworks

• Experience customizing or developing security tools
