Clinical Research Site Director

Macoa Health is looking for a driven Clinical Research Site Director who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about expanding clinical research capabilities. The Site Director will oversee all clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality trial execution while maintaining regulatory and financial compliance.

• Lead and manage clinical research staff and operations.

• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure GCP compliance.

• Interface with sponsors and CROs during feasibility and study start-up.

• Ensure recruitment goals, timelines, and budget targets are met.

• Monitor quality metrics, audits, and CAPA plans.

• Directing and managing all site operations.

• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including 2+ years in leadership.

• Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site operations.

• Experience in budget negotiation and financial oversight.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
