Clinical Research Coordinator

Macoa Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish and eager to grow within a dynamic, patient-focused clinical trial environment. The ideal candidate will manage daily clinical trial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a primary point of contact for patients and sponsors.

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial conduct from pre-study through close-out.

• Recruit and consent patients according to study protocols.

• Ensure accurate data entry and query resolution within study timelines.

• Maintain essential documents and assist with IRB submissions.

• Communicate effectively with sponsors, monitors, and study teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
